VortexGI’s domain name was recently registered in September 2024, coupled with the use of a website template commonly associated with fraudulent activities, raising a red flag. The Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has issued a warning against VortexGI for operating without the required authorization.

In essence, VortexGI is not regulated by any governing body. Entrusting it with investors’ funds is highly risky, as there are no legal protections in place to safeguard the funds.  VortexGI appears to be a scam.
