On 14 November 2024, the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) issued a warning against ProfitWave, believing this company might be providing financial services or products without authorisation. ProfitWave claims to be a CFD trading and investment platform located in Cyprus, offering a range of investment products to traders, including Forex, Stocks, Crypto, Metals, Index, Commodities, and more instruments for trading in global markets. But there is no detailed financial services licenses and other licensing certificates. A company that offers financial services must have financial license in the country where it is located.

Upon investigation, we found that ProfitWave is not regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). And the CySEC added ProfitWave to its warning list for providing investment services without authorization.

The truth is that ProfitWave is not regulated by any regulators. Letting it hold or control investors’money is unsafe, and the money can not be protected by any laws.
