I had some mixed experiences with their customer service. When I had questions about my withdrawal, it took a bit longer than expected to get a response. On the plus side, I was able to withdraw my profits, and their spreads are competitive, especially for major pairs like EUR/USD. Still, I wish they could improve their response times

AvaTrade has a solid offering, but it’s not perfect. I like the range of assets they offer, including commodities, forex, and indices. The platform works fine for most of the time, but I've experienced some downtime during maintenance periods. It didn’t affect my trades much, but it can be a bit inconvenient. Their support team is generally responsive but sometimes slow to resolve technical issues
